I have a question, what if we have a consistent compliant about pricing and we know deep down that we aren’t overpricing.

This was such an insightful read.

The friction vs frustration lens hit deep “I can’t” vs “I tried, it failed” is such a clean diagnostic.

Curious though: in your experience, which one’s harder to design for? Especially in emerging markets where trust and digital literacy are still catching up.
