The localisation of this within the context of running a startup with the thriveagric example was extremely helpful.

This is gold. Am sharing to several startup founders in my circle

Love it - as we've transitioned from startup to slowly a scale-up I've had to retrain my preference to do the strategy & execution from 0 --> 1 to better training my senior leaders to come up w/ a strategy and we refine together and they own the execution. love this framework as a reminder & loved reading the Thrive turnaround. There are so many lessons in figuring out your daily compounding and understanding where the founders DNA is an advantage and where it can work against you.

Will be coming back to this post closing our A as we really define the future!

Brilliant. It’s hard not to get sucked into the operational nitty gritty. But I’ve been trying to focus on those $10k tasks a lot and now reframing them to the $10M using your approach. Keep ‘em coming. This is was gold and a window into your process - for free 😁

Hmmmm, might need to send this to my team. I constantly deal with anxiety coming from all my pending tasks and it cripples my productivity so hopefully this framework would help get my life (career) together

Very interesting article. I enjoyed every bit of it, especially the part where you talked about what you did to turnaround Thrive Agric. Amazing! 👍🏼

I've been reminded - by this article - the need to focus primarily on my $10k tasks, and to stop allowing myself to be distracted with the day to day operations of my tech hub.

Thanks auntie Adia. You're the best.

Your superpowers are supremely evident. I can now connect the dots to what your teams are now doing.

Perhaps I will mention it to you in person someday.

Thank you so much for this piece.
